It’s Spooky Szn, and to pay homage to the time of Samhain, we are covering Warm Bodies, a novel by Isaac Marion and a 2013 movie starring Nicholas Hoult. This book definitely hit the ladies right in the feels: beautifully written, great pacing, and extremely eloquent. The zombie apocalypse has never sounded so good. The accompanying film proved to be a fairly decent adaptation of the source material with two thumbs up all around from the ladies. You can find Warm Bodies (the novel) here and the film is currently screening online with a HBO Max subscription.
