Chewing the plot

Graham Coolingfeeds.acast.com

On this show we look to dive into, deconstruct and devour stories. Be it a cultural icon, cult hit, classical novel or hit film we're here to find out more about our favorite narratives and figure out just what made them the icons they are.

Every month we take a look at a story, tale or icon or whatever from our cultural history of being human and break it down to some anecdotes and pop culture references. Not only giving you an over view the narrative itself but asking why it's had such an impact on our culture and society as it has!

Whilst also giving us an excuse to read a lot of books, watch a bunch of films and not feel like we wasted out lives.

So join us as we once again Chew the plot.

Ever the hipster child he is a fan fan of independent cinema and media so this this week we have chosen Ghost world the 2001 film by Terry Zwigoff also coupled with the graphic novel version by Daniel Clowes.
