Episode description

Taune Lyons is an integrative therapist, writer, and coach in the San Francisco, Bay Area. She specializes in intentional relating, sexuality, unraveling our conditioning, and the integration of painful or potent experiences. Taune also teaches one of the most sought after classes in TAT LAB with a focus on attachment styles.

We talk with Taune about how we start to reclaim the aspects of ourselves we’ve previously considered broken, the fluid nature of our attachment styles - despite what pop-psychology might suggest, how archetypal imagery can support us in feeling less alone on our journey, and tools we can use for incorporating self-care during extremely challenging times.

You can find Taune on IG @taunelyons or on her website taunelyons.com
