Hello, I'm Nathalie Dowgray, Head Of ISFM, the International Society of Feline Medicine. We're excited to be launching our new podcast, the first episode dropping on the 24th of October. In this we will be discussing our new cat friendly guidelines, which we have created with AAFP, The American Association of Feline Practitioners, and they are on cat friendly interactions and the cat friendly veterinary
environment. I'll be speaking with Ilona Rodan, Kelly St Denis, Sam Taylor, and Sarah Heath, all contributors to these new guidelines. And we will discuss how things have changed in the last 10 years since the creation of our first set of feline friendly guidelines, and the introduction of the cat friendly clinic and cat friendly practice programmes. We will also share our top tips on being a cat friendly veterinarian.
Each month our new podcast will cover topics relevant to all veterinarians with an interest in feline medicine. ISFM veterinary members will also have access to extended episodes. So do visit the ISFM portal to access these. If you're not a member visit icatcare.org for more
information. We hope you enjoy the first episode, look out for it on the 24th of October, and in November and December, look out for double episodes on FIP where Sam Taylor interviews professors Séverine Tasker and Danièlle Gunn-Moore.
