This is one of my favorite meditations!  It helps me relax so I can receive the goodness of healing in all areas of my life.  My teen and young adult kids love this meditation too.  They like that it guides them in a unique way by using visualization. The visualization during the meditation gives the listener a different perspective technique to apply while evaluating  their choices and actions.  Looking at it from a bird's eye view and into their daily lives - at that level -can help them heal the emotion that is stuck inside, releasing pain.  Whether your pain is physical, mental, emotional, spiritual... or a collective, this meditation can help draw you closer to joy, peace, and freedom. Feel the love and receive healing.  You are prayed for here.

Intro / Opening

Find a comfortable position on the floor sitting in a chair, laying on your bed. Whatever works, maybe on the couch, maybe outside. That's where I'd go. Go outside right now and hammock. Just get a towel and lay in the grass on a balcony. If you're in apartment intimates called get bundled up some headphones, let's release some stuff. Let's take a step back for just a moment. And in reality your every day, I'm

gonna conquer the world. I've got all these things to do schedules to keep up with people to talk to money to make I got dreams, I know. But let's just take a second right now and see why we're even doing any of this. Here we go. Find that comfortable position, either lying on your bed on the floor sitting in a chair, just relax. And let's start with that breath. Breathing in through your nose. Breathing out through your mouth

Guided to Get Relaxed

now just take your time Breathing in breathing out at your pace at your regular pace that feels good to you. Now you just fill in ease in your breath. If your right hand placed on your stomach, your left hands placed on your heart. We just asked a beautiful golden light to come pouring down over the top of your head and melting it down the side of your face. And envision it in the cold. The light The healing pouring over your head over your face.

Relaxing your eyes, your cheekbones, your jaw, relaxing your jaw and feeling it move down your shoulders and melting the shoulders into the back of your seat and moving down the back of your spine. Feeling that rush down that lower spine into your hips. Feeling it moved to the right hip and swirling around and feeling a healing a lightness a melting and then pulling that light over

to the left tip. Swirling that around feeling the healing feeling the melting and the releasing and those hips and now both us hips are melted into your seat relaxed and slowly moving that feeling and that energy and that love and that healing down your legs. over your knees releasing the back of your knees and down your calves and feeling that pouring over your shins. Just relax. It's moving into the heels of your feet and the heels of those feet are like candles melting into the ground.

And you feel the lifting up through your toes and releasing you feel the both palms of your hands relaxed, fingers relaxed. Maybe a soft gaze where your eyes are closed. feeling the warmth, the love around you and just feeling that love and that golden light halting them

Guided Visualization

gently take yourself to a window or outside. And just envision what there is a tree, a chair, a branch, an awning that you can imagine that you see outside the vision in your mind's eye. And I want you to pretend that you're a little bird. And you're sitting up there on that branch or that ledge. And you're looking down at where you live. And it can see the outside of the walls. And it can see that inside the walls and the people that are living in there.

And you're observing as this bird airing into these lives, in this home, where you live. What is this bird saying? Does it see love? Does it see joy? To see happiness and laughter? And love? Does it see pain? Does darkness or nothing? Just being just existing? Take this time to ask yourself those questions. As you observe, watching you live inside that home, make your meals have conversations. Were the time you spend alone.

What you do in your free time what you do in your work, friendships, family. Think about ask your spiritual guide to meet you there. Mine is Jesus. When I asked him to come there, he's there. And he shows me shows me things in the past that I might need to deal with. Show me insecurities that I didn't even see that I need to change whatever it is, or ideas or inspiration. Or just happiness and joy and love and a lifting off that have felt so free that it just can't explain it. It's amazing.

To take the rest of this time, we'll let the music go. And just ask and just be and if you can't think of anything to say and just ask them to fill you up with happiness. And if you're happy and ask them to fill you up with even more, because when you have more, you have more to give. And when you got more to give, you're just spreading joy to girls spread Joy
