When trouble, why would you think you're in trouble? What? Since like you close the door and I was like crazy dry? There's no way. I'm making a deal. We'll make a deal right now. I'll make you a deal that if you are in trouble, I will tell you. And I'll say, you're in trouble. Follow me. How about that? Okay. And that way you don't know. And you don't have to guess. And you're at ease, right? I just remember, I remember thinking that enough,

I was in trouble or not. But that was usually because I did something where I knew I could be in trouble for something. So would you do? Do something that you would be in trouble for? Okay, well, so the other day, I was taking a bath. And I was like meditating, and just praying and thinking to the Lord, and I felt the Lord, come upon me and just press on me to interview you and ask you some questions. Are you cool with that? And that we weren't supposed to talk about it

before. And the you're, you're you were to come in here and sit down and it just be spontaneous. So can I ask you a few questions real quick? How many? Doesn't matter? Does it? Know? Tell me for real? Doesn't? Huh? Great. All right. So who do you think God is? The creator of the world who brought us here and brought food? Love? That's a cancer. What do you think the Holy Spirit is? called? And she's, it says in the Bible, the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost, right? You're making the

cross? You're saying the father so you're assuming that's God? And that's the creator of all the things who created His Son Jesus. When you say this son, you mean Jesus Christ was born. And then the Holy Spirit is what? Got God and, and the word for a Holy Ghost. Okay. God, Jesus. Yeah. Yeah. It's so wild to think about adventurous in a way. And that's when we heard that, to me. It's strange that people make it scary. Like, ghosts and

stuff. Scary, you know? Because in the Bible, it says, Greater is He that is in me, then he that is in the world. That means if Christ lives in me, that's the Holy Spirit. The power of God lives in me that is bigger in his power outside of me inside of me, all of it is so much greater than something that's coming against me. Right? So I shouldn't be scared. Have you ever felt scared of ghosts? Ever? Really? Yeah. What have you been scared of? Spiders? Like spiders?

Yeah. What about any other times when you were a little Were you scared at night? But just kind of over it. Yeah. But if you remember back then when you were scared? What were you scared of? Losing my family? Since? You never want to do that? Yeah. And why are you not afraid of losing your family anymore? It's I know, God's with me. He's gonna take care of you. And he's gonna take care of the situation no matter what. Right? Yeah. Okay, just to two more

questions. All right. So curious. What do you think praying means? You're trying to speak to God? And what are you speaking to him about? Um, what? In a way, you don't want to talk to people who don't think they'll say something. But you can talk to God about it. Because you know that he hears you. And he cares about you and loves you, right? Yes. Yeah. That's right. So do you ask things when you pray? Or do you just tell him like a journal? What happened

during the day in for help? Or do you say thank you for things or what do you do when you pray? You say like, can I talk to you? And about this? This and you'll say what it is that you're concerned about or help and you say your thank yous? What are you thankful for? Family Food, my dog's friends, school. You know what I've been thinking about a lot lately. What? Like I'm thankful all the for all those things and I and I say it all the time, you know, in my prayers, and then I'm like, you

know, I'm thankful for air. Like if we didn't have air, man, we need air. Right? And then I thought, Man thing, I'm thankful for water. Cuz most of our body is made up of water. Yes. So we couldn't live without that. blood, and blood. And so there's all these things that we need to be alive. I think that we also need each other. Yes. Because you do things I can't do in our spaces. Yeah, you crawl in small

spaces. So if I ever needed someone to crawl in a small space, you could do it, I wouldn't be able to do that. Right? Yeah. We're just like, we need each other in this world. We need each other to get along. We need each other to feed each other. Right? Because we don't grow our own meat or vegetables. I mean, I wish we did year round, besides the occasional garden that we need others to prosper and, and, and do good. So it helps us and we can help them. Right. It's important. So

what are those things? How you like to help others? What do you find? That gives you joy when you help others and giving back like that? Like, what I help people to do? Yeah, like, how are you going to help people and give back, um, it's like a job, um, money, or if you like, um, well, what I've noticed about you and your life, and being your mom observing you and your talents in you're extremely smart. And you're the one only one that is a left handed, only one that has the straight board

hair. All the other ones had curly hair. So you're so unique in your own way. But also such a Ferris to one of your unique abilities that I've noticed about you is that you are a builder, like all the Legos and the ideas, and then we would build these Lego houses and do all these cool things. Right? Yes. So I wonder if you'll help build schools or homes for people or you could be a farmer and have a farm and grow peaches. Or for lemons, because you're trying to grow a lemon

tree right now. And you're trying to grow an avocado tree right now. We are that's been rough. But it's getting to be about three feet tall. We're hoping this one will actually work and kill it. Right. All right, one last question. What is meditation mean to you? You're feeling inside and picturing. And then Utah, everybody music on? I'm like, be comfortable. And then close your eyes. And then what happens when you close your eyes?

you picture a picture of like, maybe God or one of your ancestors. So you picture something in your imagination in your mind's eye. And you picture God and what does God look like to you? Like the sky? Yeah. What does it look like to you and your mind's eye when you are sitting there and your eyes are closed? And you're praying to God and light? Or why Rome skirt or something? Oh, really? Yeah. You like a white shirt? Did you just say Roman? White shirt? Like tiny holes? Tiny

beard on hair. Have you picturing Jesus though? That's a good thing. You can picture Jesus. That's where you want to go is Jesus. Yeah. Man. Nice. Yeah. Do you ever picture a place? Like when we're talking about Majan your most beautiful place that you could possibly imagine? And what does it smell like? It was it looks like and what is the grass look like? Remember? So what is your place look like? Um, history? It looks like Costa Rica. Okay, so in this place, are you in a hut?

Are you in a house? Are you like in a? Were in Costa Rica? Were in Costa Rica. Or Tikka Island? With the butterflies all around you? And do you remember that? That was the most magical time when the monkey You tour. Yeah, the monkey toy. Do you remember when we when we went to tour to Guy Island though? Do you remember when we were swimming? Yeah, and all the butterflies were around. And that was a few days before my dad passed away. And my dad and I had such a connection with

nature. So you imagine that place? Was it smell like? Um, like through the utn island like bananas? Coconuts? Um, that is such a good smell. I want that right now. Don't you know what else? One more does it smell like? What is the feel like? Grass? The Are you on the beach? Can you feel the warm sand between your toes? Can you wiggle them around? And then you take your finger and you start drawing it in the warm sand and the deeper you go in the sand the warmer and the sand is and then you're

like this is cool. So this is your place. Little wind blowing in your hair little breeze. little bandana little bandana around your head feeling good? Well, meditation sounds great. Because it sounds like you could go there in your mind's eye and ask the Lord to come in and imagine him and then ask Him to come into that favorite place that you have, right? Yeah, visit you there and just say oh Lord, fill me up. I've had a day or, or just be with me and give

me peace at this moment. And every time when we do that, and we end how does it make you feel? When like after we end up meditation, how does it make you feel? Like now I'm with my family and feel feels good to be with my family tired? Like calm, and like Stier just peaceful and not so amped. Yeah. So less anxiety, right? That gets you you're already on and we're just talking about it. I'm telling you parents out there works. Trust me. Just trust trust. Try

it. Email me. Let me know how it goes at podcast at the chatterbox radio.com What do we always say after we pray or after meditation? Whatever you always say that you like Thank You, Lord. Thank You, Lord. And what else for this day? Thank you for this day. Like after we pray is over. Sing it with me. Then. Men. Man, ciao bella. Ciao, ciao bella.
