Shan raises awareness of Coeliac disease and documents various gluten-free food options. Coeliac disease is a condition where your immune system attacks your own tissues when you eat gluten. It stops you from taking in nutrients (NHS definition).
In this episode, Shan shares her journey navigating the Coeliac diagnosis, building a community and we even sample some really yummy gluten-free breads!!
