Baseball Hall of Famer Pat Gillick is one of only 3 General Managers in history to win World Series titles with multiple franchises (Toronto in 92 & 93, Philadelphia in 08). He is also one of only 5 GM's enshrined in the HOF. In all, he led 4 different franchises to League Championship series (Baltimore and Seattle also). Fascinating to hear his stories as he discusses each of those unique situations (from expansion slow-builds to 'win-now' mentalities), and what it took to build winners.
