Ty is a co-owner of Andalusia Whisky co in Blanco Texas.   Andalusia is quickly forging a name for its self as a small distillery that punches way above its weight.  While Ty focuses on being a local family business Andalusia also tips its hat to the Irish and Scottish ingredients and processes.  Known especially for smoking their grain onsight with Irish peat and various woods and for creating insanely tasty product.  Ty is a real chaser of the craft.
