Dr. Miller is the Chief of the Division of Palliative Medicine at Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children and Clinical Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pa. Dr. Wang is a Pediatric Emergency Physician and Medical Toxicologist at Children's Hospital Colorado and Assistant Professor at the University of Colorado School of Medicine in Denver.
