This is a meditation that draws your awareness down into your heart, source of your vitality, resting awhile in this part of ourselves that is always steady, always present, always constant; always knows what to do and just keeps going and, if we make the time to stop and feel down into it, can guide us along too. We send our breath there, taking with it healing energy, compassionate awareness and increased expansion through the tissues, the ribcage, helping to ease any tightness and perhaps supporting a gentle opening outwards, a wanting to connect.
