17. Character Progression - Static Shock (Glitch Wilder)

Sometimes a character speaks to us because we've never seen anything like them before.  In the case of this week's guest, that character is Static Shock!  The young, black superhero many of us grew up watching each week on Kids WB!  Static impacted my guest because it was the first time he saw himself in a heroic protagonist.  One who was stood for everyone, regardless of what they look like or where they're from.  You could say Static put a shock to his system!
