306: Ryan Supplee - Developing A Championship Team

Ryan Supplee and his Bucks County (PA) sales team won the Silver Cup as National Champions in Cutco/Vector’s Premier League for managers in 2021, and his story can be an inspiration for anyone. Ryan received great mentorship on his path to becoming a District Manager in Vector. Now, paying that forward by showing up the right way for the people around him, Ryan has developed a new wave of top talent and is setting a powerful leadership example for his Division, his Region, and the company. He was recently appointed to the role of Assistant Division Manager for the Powerhouse Division, working closely with Hall of Fame legend, John Wasserman.
