Leo Rumel is an industrious entrepreneur who was born in Brazil and raised in Canada. After college, he worked as a District Manager with Cutco/Vector Canada for a few years before a chance meeting led him into an opportunity with Sun Life Financial, one of the largest insurance companies in the world. Throughout his 15+ year career with Sun Life, Leo has honed his skills in recruiting & selection, training new advisors, coaching & development, and building a culture of high-performance. He currently leads the Downtown Toronto District for the company, and his team is in the Top 3 in the company for average production per advisor. Leo also recently completed his Executive MBA from the prestigious Ivey Business School. He lives just outside Toronto with his wife and 2 young daughters.
