175: David Vargas Roldan - The Resolve To Become A Champion

David Vargas Roldan is the Cutco/Vector manager for San Juan, Puerto Rico. In the last 4 years, the island has been ravaged with devastating hurricanes, powerful earthquakes, months without power, and crippling riots against the government. On several occasions, David has had to close his office for an extended period of time. During this same 4-year period, David has developed a powerhouse organization in Puerto Rico. His San Juan office won the Silver Cup in 2020 as the company’s #1 office in the Premier League competition, his District became one of the few in company history to produce over $2 million in sales for a year, and David was recently promoted to Assistant Division Manager for the Florida Caribbean Division. David is remarkable example of a leader with the resolve to become a champion.
