Dealing With Life Long Anxiety - Interview With Wendy Tamis Robbins

Many of us will have had a panic attack and moments of anxiety. We learn to deal with these odd occasions. But what if you suffer more than the odd instance?

My guest Wendy Tamis-Robbins shares her story of she has dealt with anxiety for most of her life. The first time she noticed her panic attack was when she was six years old.

Wendy speaks about how the anxiety started, how it brought her to the point of calling a suicide helpline, and how she now shares her approach to dealing and managing anxiety.

Wendy has put her experience in her book – The Box, An Invitation to Freedom From Anxiety. She also gives talks to companies, educational institutions, and groups who want to learn more about helping people with anxiety.

And she runs her 3R program to help others.
