Only the Priest could go into the Holy of Holies and if his life was not right God would kill him. When Jesus died on the Cross for our sins He allowed all of us to enter the Holy of Holies as Priests. We are forgiven all of our sins and can approach God any time and He welcomes us to have a personal relationship with Him.
