Exploring Emotions

In this episode, we are talking to Daniel Miller about exploring emotions that might be holding us back in our leadership. Emotional Intelligence involves looking into how we are feeling and evaluating how those feelings predict our behavior. Jesus had a full sense of exactly who he was.

If we are to be fully devoted followers of Jesus, then we also want to know how we are as a whole person - which includes knowing our emotional health. This practice will give us the courage to live out God's plan for us.
