A regular Masters Competitor here in the UK, we sit down for a chat with Rob Walker. Rob shares his own fitness journey and how the competitive elements of CrossFit really drew him in to the sport. We also discuss the continuum of life and trying to keep the balance right between enjoying training and competing in CrossFit and other responsibilities in life. Unfortunately injury prevents Rob competing in this years AGOQ but we still chat out what we expected at the masters community at large....
