As one of the longest running events in our community, in it's eleventh year, the Lowlands Throwdown has been selected as a CrossFit Games Semifinal. Previously a Sanctionals event in 2019 before having to cancel in 2020, the team are excited to deliver a qualifying event for Madison whilst ensuring they continue to serve the community of the Benelux region.
