We cover a plethora of topics including USAPL vs the IPF and more casual topics such as lazy Sunday and what we would be doing if we weren't powerlifting. Abe uses spider chalk exclusively for his sets, Anas would be a pro soccer player, and Josh would be a super roided weightlifter.
