Knowing your value as a woman sets boundaries for others on how they treat you. Women are subjected to expectations about beauty, relationships, careers and more. It’s hard to find and maintain self-worth when we live in fear of whether we’re meeting societal standards of what it means to be a woman. Self-worth will set rules that tell others how to treat you.
