This is iHeartMedia's CEOs you should know Sponsored by Comcast Business Powering Possibilities. COVID was one of the largest disruptions to family's ability to access high quality and affordable childcare. I'm Stephen Kramer, the CEO of Bright Horizons. We pioneered the concept of partnering with employers around on site and nearsighted childcare and ultimately have grown to an organization that supports employers and employees through all career and life stages.

The reason we see a real renaissance in interest from employers around employer sponsored childcare is because they recognize that this is the number one issue on the minds of working parents, and in an effort for them to attract and retain the best

employees, they see their role in employer sponsored childcare as critical. One of the core challenges in our sector is the shrinking number of individuals going into early childhood education, and at Bright Horizons, we have always recognized that are teachers are the true heroes that deliver the most important work, and so we work hard every day to make sure that they are working in the best environments, have the best access to training and advancement, and have a terrific career as

they think about their work within early childhood education. CEOs You Should Know is powered by iHeartMedia and sponsored by Comcast Business, powering possibilities all the speed your business needs. With Comcast Business, it's not just possible, it's happening.
