Episode description

It's not often you find a woman owned and mostly woman operated winery in our area. Bodegas Paso Robles was founded by winemaker Dorothy Schuler, colloquially  called "Mama Tempranillo" for being one of the pioneering winemakers focusing on tempranillo and other Spanish/Portuguese varietals in the Paso area. We stopped in on a Sunday morning and thoroughly enjoyed our visit - top to bottom. Many of the wines are perfect for pairing with your summer activities and meals, and location cannot be beat. Located in the heart of Paso Robles, it's the perfect stop along your walking tour of the downtown district. We don't want you to miss this stop, but we also don't want you to drink up all that yummy albariño......

Happy Tasting!
