As leaders, it's tempting to buy into the false narrative that once we've been in recovery for a while, or stepped into leadership, we somehow have "arrived" and Open Share is no longer needed. That's for "those people" and not for me. But, as leaders, what are the things that we need to be aware of and what's the value of our being active and wise participants in Open Share?
