Recently, dancers-choreographers Brittany Gaither, Emily Miser, and Nicole Dean from Crossroads Dance Indy joined us @theroundtable to talk about their upcoming January 28-30, 2022 original full-length show called, The Stories We Tell. Gaither, Dean, and Conti each choreographed one of the three pieces that make up the show and tell a different story, ultimately demonstrating that, because we all have different experiences and backgrounds, we all have a story to share. Performances will be held at Arts for Lawrence on January 28 and 29 at 7:00pm and January 30 at 2:00pm. Crossroads Dance Indy is also hosting a class entitled, Writing the Stories We Tell, where participants get a behind the scenes look at each piece and learn a small section of each. The class will be Monday, December 13th from 6-7pm.
