In this episode, we are joined by Jackets Insider Jeff Svoboda as we preview the Blue Jackets 2021-2022 season! We recap all of the moves that the team made over the offseason, like trading Seth Jones and Cam Atkinson, acquiring Jake Bean, Adam Boqvist, and Jakub Voracek, drafting Cole Sillinger, and more. We recap some extensions and discuss their importance, as well.
The conversation turns to the preseason as we discuss the performances of Yegor Chinakhov and Cole Sillinger, as they have since solidified their spot on the 23-man roster. We discuss players that have something to prove moving forward, such as Patrik Laine, and discuss potential lineups and growing chemistry.
Finally we wrap up with some rapid fire questions - Who scores the most goals? Who centers for Laine and Voracek? Who plays on a pairing with Zach Werenski? Stinger or Boomer? All that and more!
