Are you recording? Oh, okay. I love surprised to know how to start. I was just like, I'm just gonna sit here. No, it's okay. Hello. Hi sweetheart. How you doing? I'm not great, but all I will live to tell the tale But you want to tell the tale right now? I guess, I mean, sure was I did that. I'm sorry. Dear, let's say that was not me pressuring Katie and Colin is what we agreed. No, I'm having a rough time. I'm having a rough time in like a really silly way and it's
because dear listeners. So Eric asked me he was like, hey do you want to finish off our game of? I'm sorry to say street magic. I was like yeah that sounds like a lot of fun. And so then for like a couple Couple of days I'd been like, oh, I should listen back to the last two episodes because I genuinely dear listener. I don't remember shit about. Like I we had so much fun and I really good time and I was like, hooray and then Eric was like, hey do you want to go back and do it again?
I was like dope and then I was like, I don't remember anything. The only thing I remember is at the very end of the last episode, I killed the mayor's wife or daughter. That was like, I was like, okay, I remember that much. And that was like it. And so then for like, Longer than a week because we were at convergence, I was like, oh I should listen back to the last podcast because then that way I would remember for when we play the game again and then I was
like oh it's fine. I'll do it after convergence. And then I was like, oh, I'll do it on the weekend and then I was like, oh, I'll do it tomorrow and then I was like, oh I'll see what this morning and now it's now. And I still haven't listened to the podcast so I don't remember anything and arrogance in the booth and he was all super excited to play this game and then I just started.
Crying with this like oppressive guilt of like having put off listening to the podcast over and over and over and over and over. So I let him down and not playing the game and it made me think about how much sometimes I goddamn hate having ADHD. Thank you for coming to my TED Talk. Sweetie. I'm sorry I know how that feels. I don't it's okay. Like I wasn't like no I know I know you're not mad at me.
I'm just like mad at myself and then it's like it was also just compounded by the fact that like we I have some things going on this week that we were not expecting. That sounds like I'm pregnant. I'm not we got some good news about the book but we can't talk about it. But anyway, so like that's going on and then like we're going to that convention in like a week or so and then it's like, okay well you're moving date has moved up slightly.
So like we need to start thinking about packing and then it's like, I have a game tonight that I like Frankly don't remember a lot about so I have to like, refresh myself and then also, I have like two characters for like other stuff that I haven't even built yet in there. Like waiting for my endless.
It was just like that like crushing weight of like as we know but like just that I don't know like just that feeling of like I have all of this stuff and I keep trying to pull stuff out of the Jenga Tower but it just makes the like weight heavier. And then also, I'm really mad about critical role. So it's fine. What happened with Kurt. Uncle roll announced that they're doing. So they have this new game that they created and it's really cool.
And it's D6 Space Program which is rad, but the concept is like spooky. Victorian magic like dark Academia and like I would be so good at that job. You'd be incredible. I would be so good at that job and I posted like a ship post on Twitter and people were like, oh my God. And then I felt really like cringy about it but it's like I don't know how to like do that. Like I don't know how to do the like networking to like the big names. You know what I mean?
Like I'm so scared of like everybody in that world other they're like scary. It's just like I'm intimidated by them and I you know what I mean? And so it's just like I would love to fucking have. The courage to email me at Mercer and be like, hey, I'm really cool. Like you could I that's really bad coffee. Just so, you know, I just had to pick up a couple of mugs and check them to see like up that was three weeks old. No, that one's today's coffee.
I don't want to sit is my sister Jenny Lee bad, but you know what I mean? And so it's just like, I don't know. I have this like weird sadness where it's like I'm really harshly judging myself because of my poor time management skills and my feeling of being overwhelmed. With them at the same time, like I have these like goofy kid, Big Dreams, and Ambitions that I feel like I'm just, I don't know. Like, I'm just like having a moment right now. It's fine. Yeah, I'm sorry.
I mean, I'm also something that like I feel like honestly, I don't appreciate it because I do but like I didn't realize I didn't notice or think about is the amount of stories that you're keeping straight at all times. Like you're in three or four D and D games at any given time,
not to mention you. Run a, you know, you just ran 31 shots like you're pitching stories to other people like the amount of different just literal story lines that you have to keep straight in your head and like I don't like I have, you know, the inventor SMP what what? By the way is a podcast. Let it divide them on but well you will plug at the end Shadow to Cho Chang.
But you know like that's just a lot that would be a lot for anybody and you I think you're remarkably good at it which is why I think you can go so far before you know all of a sudden running. You know, like I think the least amount of antidepressant but also could be a ball that is I know you're like, you know, as being funny but that I'm, that's really true. Like there are times when all like be like, wow I feel the worst.
I've like fuck everything. Fuck everything I've ever wanted to do. I'm like oh I haven't taken my antidepressants in four days like it's it feels shitty that it's like some that seem so trivial, you know but it's another thing is I miscounted when I set up my Our apartment by a week and then I can get a different appointments so I just have to wait to the 14th so I'll be okay. It's only a few more days but don't be like me listener.
Dear listeners. Please be more responsible with your fucking depression medication. Well that that being said you were still going to and it's okay. It has just hit jump back on. I think I actually I think I might have some The smaller dosage one's actually not. Okay, just yeah, I'm attracted to any the tenis. I could take two Z's of the tens. He's a mother makes a 20s. Should like check the date on? You know, I don't know how I mean. I bet it's fine.
But, you know, just what's a really good. Bye guys. Hi everybody. Welcome back to where I remember where my medication is live on the air, that's why people come. They're like, oh, that Katie Soros doing that, remember it. So, I also want to bring up that I Sort of two analogies while you were talking. You probably lost the lights lights there. No. Just trying to park at your podcast. That's what they're for but to
weird analogy. One thing I like weightlifters, like if you are a very big like if I were to go to gym like I would be a total beginning weightlifter, you know? So like if I were to do like a clean and jerk or whatever you would so he Midway through that and like there's no way I'm getting away with saying that something after they are adults,
clean&jerk is Fucking hilarious. I don't care who you are if there's ever a point in my life, where I don't think that's funny, check in on me. But like, so if I were to go to the gym in our to like, you know, do a big over the head lift anything I wouldn't be using very much weight at all. I would probably be using, just the bar to like, get the technique down and hopefully I would have somebody who knows
what they're doing. Like showing me that being said, it's it was it's less dangerous for me to do that because of the amount of weight involved which is very little then like an Olympic powerlifter who's holding 500 pounds, above their skull. Like that's dangerous, like the risks. And if something goes wrong there, it would go really wrong because there's so much fucking way involved because there are really good weightlifter.
You're an excellent Storyteller and improper, and Dean deeply and all those things. But reverse and just to so that being said, just the mm, the the magnitude of it is a lot. So that when you're having trouble keeping story straight, or like, forget a thing or like, oh shit, what the hell is going on? Strong and springs.
You're at such a high level that like That's like dropping 500, it feels like dropping 500 pounds on your head, you know, I mean like the magnitude is greater also I feel like you're being very complimentary, but what this really is about is just a woeful misuse of my own time. Like this is a me problem. This is not like a foam, a Geniuses to great. It's a no. I was not fucking responsible with my time. And then now, I am regretful and sad. That's what this. I'm not saying.
Like, you're Geniuses to great. I'm just saying that your you like, A lot of people are good at their job and when you're good at their job, like, you know, I dealt with really sharp knives and dangerous equipment because I was a good cook. But you know what's really interesting about the metaphor that you just use is that it's like absolutely on a bell curve,
right. So like there's like you've got like the bar you're trying to clean and jerk your you've got the bar and you can do it and then you can put on too much weight to where you would get like injured and it would be dangerous but then there's also the point where it would just literally be impossible. What you? Not physically pick up the amount that like human will never pick up 2,000 pounds. Yeah, you know what I mean, like? Yeah, exactly.
So, it's like, if even if you like, you walked out to like an Olympic fucking competition, I doubt you would be able to pick up the amount of weight that they can. So there's like a weird like progression to it. You know what I'm saying? Yeah, there's also to the point where you just can't and that's like where I feel like I'm at. I feel like there's too much weight. You know. Let's go. I mean I think, you know, that's your maxing out your like, okay,
that's My limit. I can't like, that's the most I can do without actually Catching Fire and then maybe dial it back. But that's up to you. Good it deadlifting. I've been lonely, I think a lot of weight lifting stuff has been coming. Oh there's a fucking great Tick-Tock series thing going on. There's a some weight, lifter guy named Natalie I think sure his name is but he's like ridiculously strong, like world-class strong but he doesn't really look like it.
Like there's something about his muscle fibers were They're just dancer or something like that so he can put on like a disguise like just like a jumpsuit, he kind of thing and look like say a janitor and so yeah I saw that video move your just a biggest fucking meaty with you know, 500 pound deadlift things like can I just move this real quick to clean these like oh I don't think you can move any just like moves it with one hand. There's like huh? Just so funny.
Anyways that being said, I can't not watch those all the way through. So I've been getting a lot of weird weight, lifting stuff and it looks really fun. Like it looks like such Measurable Improvement. My god dude. I got ya 100-pound. I don't know the numbers but he's really good at weightlifting. I miss it. Yeah, you were weren't you? I was, I was fucking Hefty. I was a hefty boy. I just like, oh yeah, we let me
get that. Okay, vending machines of shit like oh the other analogy I was thinking of is from Breaking Bad. What's an analogy? It's just on a very modern reference. It is it it's not now Jesus I iced yeah that show ended in like 13 14. I Hope so Renata. Don't remember what that does to radio signals?
I pressure system, I don't know. Oh, which is I do I like to get my wisdom where I can, you know, I don't like I try to overanalyze silly TV shows and try to get something out of them that I wouldn't have gotten otherwise. I mean, I think it's a good thing to do. But anyways, there's an episode where if you don't know, Breaking Bad main two characters, Walter White who is basically just anti heroing the entire time, it's great show.
But anyways, it's him and he just absolutely abuses the shit out of Jesse Pinkman. The other main character, he's just Emulate, see many places everybody, but he manipulates the shit out of Jesse all the time. Basically whenever he wants something from Jesse and later in the show, Jessi starts to catch on to that more and so I don't remember what he was trying to do.
I think he was trying to get Jesse like leave town or something and so wild constructed this like huge series of lies and whatever and he's a genius so it's like really it works. To try to get Jesse to leave town. And so, finally, Jesse, at some point, just goes, like, dude, couldn't you just ask me like, I know you're fucking lying. I know this is all like couldn't you just ask me like hey do you mind leaving town for a week or so like asking me for a fucking favor.
Like does that ever occur to you to do fucking amazing scene? Now, I'm not saying you're welcome, you're not Walter White. You were an honest delightful person. But I think about that all the time because a lot of times especially when I Think you're a nerd of urgent, so like human relationships, don't artists like straightforward to you as they are perhaps to other
people. So you kind of think like, okay, in order to get to talking to that person at the party, I'm gonna like, overhear their conversation and find out what they're into, and then go to the bar and then look on my phone and do some research. And then I'll talk loudly about it. Never noticed me and then we'll get a dog. So, yeah. Or you could just fucking go up and start talking to them like
that, you're allowed to do that. And so anyways, having said so I think with like, The game, the critical role game thing like you could just fucking email me like hey these are micro, I would be excellent in this game. They still might say. No, you know, they probably will say no, frankly, just because they're critical role but like you're allowed to do that, you're lying. You're also allowed to be qualified, you don't have to like into your car.
You can just say I am a fucking immensely qualified to do this and so many ways. Yeah, I mean, that's not the neuro divergency so much is the trauma and the growing up in the midwest talk, which I also want to play. That's easy to do. I'm sorry, I don't mean to say, like what? I just feel like you write that you don't want and then you just like having, you know? Yeah, right here. Critical role than backspace backspace dear Dimension. 20. No, but like, you're right?
Like, yeah, I don't know. I don't know. I completely forgot what we were actually talking about. Hey you know what that means? I bet it's about time for a commercial break. Hey get your peanuts here. Do you want to do this one in saying because like Kickstarter? You know this Kickstarter for the psychology of Alden. Ring funded and our first YouTube video is obviously yeah are we doing it? Is this it yeah fuck it.
I mean I can do both yeah because it all like the the points that we want to hit, you know those are already standard. But you know, we just Listen to yeah, man. Yeah, okay. Yeah, so just well. Okay, so unofficial commercial work, just so you all know. If you haven't seen the new video that we put up on my YouTube channel, which by the way, shout out to Eric. He did an Immaculate fucking job editing it.
I'm so proud of it, but we're talking a lot more about video games and neuro Divergence. And that is because it is sponsored by geek Therapeutics who's a fantastic organization that We are partnering with this year and they just launched a Kickstarter for their new book. The psychology of Elden ring. They launched it on May 2nd and it funded me. Third, wish I was like 37 hours, I think.
Yeah, it was incredible but it's gonna be a really cool book and it is primarily focusing on sort of like the psychological benefits of playing games. Like Eldon Rings were things like frustration tolerance and emotional regulation and task, prioritization and management come into play and its really cool real or heavy. We got some sample. Is and like, if you like video game lore, it's like, it's Lord, I'm sorry. What game or Eric? I do a lot. I fucking love video game.
We're absolutely like really. Yeah, it was about. Yeah, absolutely. I mean I'm not like vasiliy knowledgeable widespread but the games I do know about yeah, I know a lot about because like the thing about games like hell you don't have to give a shit about anything in a video game because the point is that, the gameplay itself is really good. Yeah. So you don't have to use like yeah. Well cope how, but like, a lot of people put a lot of fucking work. Making an awesome universe and Shit.
And so, I don't think it's necessarily like any better or worse or whatever than like movies and books and stuff. I think it's just often overlooked and people still work incredibly hard on it and so, you know, it's lure but you can feel good about it, you know. But yeah, the kickstarter funded in about 37 hours, which is crazy. You can still absolutely go support the kickstarter. You can pre-order the book so fucking absolutely do that.
Yeah. And if you want to just know more about geek Therapeutics, you can go to geek Therapeutics.com. But now we'll put in the The other ads rely with the with the, with the the notes that what are they called? The points, it's Elites of the disease. Well you know you got to make sure we say the right things and I can't remember those peeps but we did at one point and that's recorded. So we're just going to play that for you now.
Okay. Now seems like as good a time as any to talk about our new sponsor even geek therapeutic. That's the very same one. You mean the fine folks who offer evidence-based certifications to clinician social workers professionals parents teachers and students on how to use geek therapy to unlock, the best version of your clients and yourselves by Bridging.
The Gap between Geeks and therapist, to create practical and Innovative therapy, sessions that anyone can Implement in their practice, you had that just write all memorized. Red hot go That's a pro right there. Yeah, that's exactly who I'm talking about. But in all seriousness, I'm Eric and I are super, super excited to announce our official partnership.

So excited to do all the stuff we're about to be doing what we're going to be hearing a lot about us and geek Therapeutics in the coming while and I'm so stoked about, it's gonna be amazing. But hey, we should keep talking about that thing that we were talking. Oh yeah this episode.
It's really it's going the best one I've ever lard 22 on the chugging trains. Go get back to it. Okay here we go. Let's go. Do do do, do do. Okay, so I bet. So those are really fun after listening to that ad. They've already forgot about how bad my transition into. It was that's a great but we're still laughing about it because that was only like five seconds ago to us. So here's what you do. You just didn't want that transition. Oh yeah.
Okay, do it like bumping. Your vagina is so long. I know dude he do it. Oh yeah transmission of fuck translation. Transition. Transition off, fuck a vinegar vinegar. I got it. I got it this time. So Lean Back episode, the kind of but but I just did what I wanted to bring up. I may have borrowed it before but to the last two episodes of ADHD and D were recorded. They were great. We fuckin it was awesome. However, the audio is Got screwed. We live live at within like a literal stone's.
Throw of a radio tower which we said before. But I can't emphasize enough how we mean literally adding shit to it to do that because yeah that's what happened. Is the the local station. Like I don't know if they like expanded her like somebody. I knew company about it but there's a new dish on it. That's why everything changed. Okay, that makes sense. Yeah but yeah it's like a decent quarterback at absolutely fucking hukka Stone and hit it
from like our front door. anyways, so something I guess they had a new dish or whatever and the audio is It's great. If you want to listen to our podcast and AM radio at the same time, like it comes in and out. Well, I think what Bruce Mellencamp's lot softly in the background the whole time.
So I spent like months, like not only to trying to fix it but trying to like learn more about audio engineering such to fix it because it's not like it's if it was like completely fucked in unusable, I would almost feel better about that because then it's like there's nothing I could do. But I know there probably is and I just don't know enough and it's so anyways I it's I think a couple months and I was We fucking can use. We have to re-record it.
And that just, I'm so just made about that. I've been like, not like reluctant to, but like it's not the first thing on my mind is because I'm so fucking mad about lips, free idea. We could put that up on the patreon with like say, hey, these episodes got screwed, but here's how it was supposed to end. But whether or not we had the same beats this time, because a lot of it is on the dice rolls. Well, what is also nice is, I forgotten pretty much everything about like all the detail.
I remember the major things. Yeah, I don't remember like how How we responded to people and stuff. So we'll be completely original, but that that's got also, I did when we were talking, I figured out that game that I was going to make up. Oh, yeah, yeah, II. Should I say it on the podcast? All right, we just gotta file a patent or something. Exactly stir. Well, here's what I think. Okay, dear lister's, here's the
bag. So, somebody on Twitter that I was talking about different concepts for, like, adding tension to games and I Don't lie. Galaxy brain super hard and I came up with a concept for a game. And so I think I'm going to make it, I think I'm going to just make like a little PDF download boy, pay me a dollar and you can try my game. I got to like, actually, like write it but that's all I'm
gonna tell you right now. But if you would play my game email us at ask it. If it was fun, cast.com and be like, yes, I would play your game or not. I think we like go fuck yourself. That happens already. Way. So it's fine. Speaking of making things I made the best instrument I ever made at convergence. You really did its phenomena thanks and I can't replicate. I'm a like I'm I've been trying for the past day to try to
replicate it but I can't well. So it's got that, It's got Sorry bit, like grunge on it. So at convergence while Kate was damning, I didn't have anything to do except for like, try to film content and make stuff and Shadow to Connor, one of the
owners. Things like title is he's like a groundskeeper maintenance construction, a guy there and shout out to Jason because was walking with Connor and Jason critical Dice and I just mentioned offhand, like how there's not as many like, crafting materials here as I thought, I thought it would be like, just trees. Like it takes takes from and stuff, but it's like a really well-kept Park. So there's like, no trash. It's like really nice and Jason was like, oh yeah.
Eric. Yeah, he was like making I think he said, Treasure from trash or whatever. There's actually reminds me Connor is there like a big pile of construction garbage anywhere and Kyle or Connor was like actually yeah, there's a huge fucking pile of construction garbage, right out back, take whatever you want. So and then Eric's eyes lit up, and he was so happy and I felt bad because I, he was like taking us on like a walking tour and I couldn't think about anything else.
It's not paying attention. But so yeah, I mean, I found a piece of PVC which is the Holy Grail over. Cantor's. Also, if you happen to work at a plumbing company in Georgia or construction company in Georgia and you if you would give Eric, you're garbage, Eric would love
that. I've been trying to find a construction company to give Eric their offcuts for like days because I thought of it at Home Depot when he's but fucking a million dollars on PVC we other day and I was like there's got to be a construction company who will give you x 6 inch pieces. Are you ask nicely, right? What's its the connectors? Those are I should be good on for a while because I have a lot of, like, lengths of PVC just from various random shit.
It's like, I just need a lot of T connectors and so now that I have those email is it asking if I do? But I found that and then I found a piece of a cocking gun like cartridge that was just gross and shitty and old. So I used that those two things to make a membrane, read clarinet type thing, and it sounds very cool. And it's right over there. I could Really got fucked up in the no did it. Yeah, I mean it still works but the tone is different. It's weird.
I don't know what qualities. It has that made it sound so good. I use the same material for the read. I don't know. Did you use a zip tie to hold it on? Yeah. Okay. So anyway, so we decided back back slightly on track. We decided that we're going to return to scenario strings Springs. Aw, On Thursday. So I will have time to listen to the episode. That's what, that's what you missed here on. Infinite Quest. We should run errands.
That's when we listen to our podcast, the Motions were in the car. I want to go buy plants. Its planned by in season, right? Yeah. We have to do that but then we also have to go to a place that's like exactly one hour and 47 minutes there and back so we can send to that we could go to We could go to the fabric store. Oh yeah. All the restaurants door. Yeah. We were there. Right next door to each other? They are.
All right. Next one of the thymus or and I could buy fabric for my mummy cosplay, your mummy cosplay. Yeah, I've decided you're going to dress up like Rico Cottle for driving Kyle. Oh yeah, surprise. And you're going to be Rachel. Weisz know, I was gonna be Benny sure. Now I'm just kidding, but I want to, I need Make the skirt. I just need like a white shirt and a suspend. He's but it's part my hair in the middle. Yeah. You know, be delightful Charming.
Well, you're gonna have a really hard time with that. I got him. No, no Karina's. Oh, and also dear listeners. This is a real question. So add at the convergence, which by the way, shout out again to Ivy, and Tay and Jason, and Quincy, and Tiffany for just making, It all possible. It was an incredible experience.
We had such a good time. Hopefully, they'll do it again next year and y'all should come because it was fucking amazing, but I ran a game and I'm really proud of the game, and I'm kind of like should I run the game for Eric so air can see my game. Oh yeah, I'd love to. Yeah, but I'm trying to make it like a one-person thing, but does it what about it? What about it makes it such that it can't be long. I think like some take longer to kill enemies or something.
Maybe I'm not gonna tell you, it's a surprise. I also want to run a game with with you, I think listening to. So I convergence it was like a bunch of DM's like, yeah, really hot. Level TMS and hearing you all talked about like running the games. Like the nitty-gritty, not like the stuff you hear about like on D&D Tick-Tock or whatever. But like diems talking to other DM's about things, they're actually doing right now.
Like, it was really cool hearing like, like oh yeah, one of the people were with was talking about. It wasn't this game, it was a different game that he'd run, where his players walked into a room and were like, oh my gosh, it's an escape room. And they got like, really excited about the fact that there was an escape room. Understand g game but it wasn't an escape room.
And so he was just like, oh well, I got to make up an escape room on the fly right now and he did and it would prepare only with went really well but like that's a combination of the things that I love so much. It's one, it's making other people happy with stuff. I think of which is really nice and also having to do that with limited time and resources which is like my other favorite thing. You know, it's like that sounds like hosting an experience like that for a group or one person.
Whoever while also getting to be collaboratively creative and stuff. Like I think, as a player Fire. I get anxious because I always feel like I'm gonna fuck it up for the DM. But if I am the DM then I don't worry about that. Yeah. You know, and I can play and rights campaign's and stuff like that. I would want to plan. You know. Yeah. Also very recently. Somebody sent me a compendium of spicy tea. Refugees. Mmm, that are like spicy, they're spicy.
And I was like, Maybe maybe I'm the shellfish me. I mean, couldn't any game but by seed a like specifically written to be spicier like systems about like yeah. Jacqueline or whatever. No they're like, there's like there's like a bunch of them but there's like wine. We're like I'm actually really interested in what's on like I don't know like we're like in what context we could ever like maybe like Frolic on. But like so the concept is that
one person is an explorer. And the other person like their body serves as like the map. And so like you play, what is fundamentally a world-building game but you play it like on their body. So it's like it can be sexy but it's also just a way of like sort of like getting into your body and like grounding your partner and I'm like that's fucking fascinating. That's really interesting.
And like there's another one where you're like a vampire and it's like a vampire and his like, vampire bride. I'm sorry. Were you saying that? That first game is a game. That exists. Yes. Oh, cool. Yeah, yeah. And like, it isn't like a compendium that I got, but then, there's another one, where, like, your vampire and then, like, his like vampire, bride, or whatever. And it's about like permissions.
And like, giving your partner like permissions to do things that they like, wouldn't normally, like, do it was like is like, it's really interesting. It's really nice. Yeah, if they're really cool. And I'm like, I really want to play them but like maybe on trolleys fans because I don't think we could do it. You're very different type of like us. Although Spotify did start putting spicy spicy podcasts out today. Yeah, they have. Some did, it is referred to a company as a person.
Oh yeah. Fuck citizens united. Sorry you got that star politics hashtags. What did it do? Spotify has a whole erotic novel selection, I found out. I actually found out on Tick-Tock. A girl made a tick. Tock about how spicy there. I haven't listened to him yet. That's cool. But I'm not one hundo. I'm also, I know you said you didn't want to talk.
I think it's a good idea, perhaps a good idea to not talk about it on the back of, so nobody steals it but only May steal it. But TM TM TM TM TM TM TM TM TM. Tim your attention building good in the game that you're thinking out. Yeah, I think it's brilliant. Thanks. TM TM TM TM TM Cham Cham Cham. Also, we just edited, I think. Well, our longest form video in a very long time, maybe set up before the commercial break. Well, I know but it's, it's it hit a part of my brain didn't expect it to which I it's kind of thrilling. It's I like that. I know I like the pace of it that you could really likes it and think about how you want like a bit tool. And you know because Tick Tock
is so like now. Now, now now now now now you know, as soon as you post a video you're like all right, that one's whatever and then you gotta like, keep up with the comments and went out of that video while making the next one. Whereas I like I like this slower burn of Eugene Britt like we get to really think about how we want to do it and then once we post, if we can like keep up what's going on with it. Over like scar days, you know? Yeah.
Arcs ways you to put like rule. Three is jokes in there too. Yeah. So I'm excited for the next YouTube video, which by the way to go fall, Katie asaurus on YouTube just gonna say hey go follow. into the year. I want you to really sit, he's grounded in your body, feel the soles of your feet on the floor. You don't make me feel my body. Then they always say something about sit bones. Always say, sicko for your but just see, but well, it's your, the, the part of your like pelvis that like, you know, actually experiences, the most pressure water sitting anyhow. We Jeff. No, because we booked today. I have to record the next couple
episodes of God adventure. Oh, I'm fine on time but we do have two of The Adventurous MP, which is a I guess.
