Decades ago we may not have had COVID or explosive elections, but we also had inflation and energy crises, world wars, cold wars, horrid racism, shocking sexism, no cell phones, no personal computers, and people dying or crippled by medical conditions that we just don’t worry about anymore. The more you go back historically the brighter things appear. Truly life is a mixed bag and has always involved struggle. Life requires resiliency. Fortunately, you are wired for resiliency.
