A Consultant, educator and a scholar, Asia Lyons, EdD works with organizations to create environments and programs in which young people of color can thrive. Dr. Asia Lyons develops onboarding systems, develops and assesses programs and curriculum, and provides coaching to organizations. in order to design programs with young people’s experiences at the core. Asia works with Black educators to overcome Racial Battle Fatigue, the topic of her dissertation, acknowledging how essential these educators are to future generations. Host of the Exit Interview podcast, Asia shares the stories of Black educators who are leaving the field. Her work is deeply embedded in her values. Join us as she shares her journey.
