Whitney Houston's faith. In the music business, people can become lost and go in the wrong direction. My mom used to tell me God didn't put them in that spotlight. They put themselves in there, or they forget God. I agree, but we don't know what's in a person's heart. Whitney knew she needed God. She was always singing the Gospel. She was brought up in church and she never stopped going to church. Like any other human being,
she had some troubles. Whatever was troubling Whitney. I believe that helped her to be a great singer too. She sang with feeling. I've seen a video of Whitney in church with Kim Borell. Kim said Whitney wanted to preach and was speaking in tongs. That means Whitney had other gifts. Maybe it wasn't meant for Whitney Houston to reach people the Hollywood way. The Hollywood way is about fame and publicity, selling sex. Whitney needed to be around
