Times are changing, but we still need music, music and times forever changing times. Times. These are ever changing times. Hello, I'm Gael Nobles. Thank God for music. It may not be like the days of old, but we still have music, and we still have time, and we can always go back and listen to our sixties times when we had social and cultural change, and our seventies times when we had political changes like the rise
and fall of disco. We've got eighties and we've got nineties. There is still a lot of music that we may have not heard from the past. Let's talk about today's music compared to the days of old. Some of it is just pitiful. I probably would not know that if I had not been born in the seventies. My ears would not know the real drums, the real bass, piano, violins and horns, the real sound of orchestra. If I had not been born in the seventies, my brain would not know
to catch on to the signal from music to know what's real. I wouldn't know the sound of a natural voice in music if I had not been born in the seventies. A lot is missing in music today and there is impact on music. Singers, songwriters and musicians get their inspiration from their experiences and surroundings. They have technology now and that has brought change to music. Things
are made easy for us today. It's not like the days of old when you really had to know how to sing or play an instrument, or really know how to write a great song from the heart. All of that can bring change and have an impact on music, even the way we buy music today and how music is promoted. Like in the days of old, we're going through changes to day in these times with music ever changing times because what
worked in the past may not work in the future. We've got to learn, grow and embrace new ideas, not only with music, but with other things too. I'm Gale Noble's to day's topic music and times. Times Times. These are ever changing times.
