This was a really natural episode to record because this is where we are at right now. Lately we have been feeling at odds with social media and the amount of time that we spend on our phones. This episode talks about why we are feeling this way currently, and how we intend to balance all of these things out. We need our phones and social channels to do our work (we love what we do), but we need to slow down a little and get off of these dang things as well.
Take time out of your day and really ask yourself; What do I need today? Where is my head at?
Be safe and take care of yourself and your loved ones. Check in with somebody who you haven't spoken to in a while.
