You Have the Unshakeable Promise

2 Samuel 22, beginning verse 47, says, "The Lord lives. Blessed be my rock. Let God be exalted the rock of my salvation. It is God who avenges me and subdues the people under me. He delivers me from my enemies. You also lift me up above those who rise against me. You have delivered me from the violent man. Therefore, I will give thanks to you, oh Lord among the Gentiles, and sing praises to your name."
There is so much to be afraid of today. Society is filled with angry voices, and the daily news brings word of some new threat or act of violence.
Though hearts may fail in fear, it is not so of yours. You have the unshakeable promise that God will always keep and never forget you. Thank Him for this today, and learn to trust Him in new.
Remember, it's time to pray.
