We Can't Make Peace With Our Sin

Acts 3:19 says: "Repent, therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord." 

Jesus Christ came to set us free. But to be free, we have to want to be free. He came to change us, but we have to want to change. We can't just sit here and make peace with our sins. It just doesn't work that way.

According to the Bible, sin separates from God, and the wages of sin are still death and will forever be death. The only way out of the penalty and wage of sin is through Jesus Christ. The gift of God through Him is eternal life, forgiveness, and abundant life. I urge you today to turn to God. Allow Him to fill you with His Holy Spirit, and then watch what He will do through your surrendered life.
