Episode description

Psalm 32:3

“When I kept silent, my bones grew old through my groaning all the day long.”

In other words, when we refuse to align ourselves with God—when we resist His call to address our character flaws and seek His forgiveness—we end up feeling the weight of our silence.

The Lord is trying to communicate with us, but we often cling to the idea that there’s still some goodness within ourselves, blinding us to the truth that the Holy Spirit wants to reveal and heal.

When we remain silent and withdraw, we begin to feel the toll that it takes, and our bones, as the Scripture says, grow weary. It’s a long journey when we resist acknowledging what needs to change.

So take a moment today to listen and be honest with God about what He might be trying to reveal in your life. He loves you. He died to save you and to change you. Talk to Him about it today.

It’s time to pray.
