Episode description

Psalm 49:11 says: “Their inner thought is that their houses will last forever, their dwelling places to all generations; they call their lands after their own names.”

The arrogance of a society that turns itself away from God begins to turn to its reasonings. But again, in Psalm 55:23, the psalmist David says, “But You, O God, shall bring them down to the pit of destruction; bloodthirsty and deceitful men shall not live out half their days; but I will trust in You.”

When we turn to deception and turn away from God, the end of things, as we have known them, is very near. In light of these warnings, we must reevaluate our actions and align ourselves today with God's truth. Let's not be swayed by the arrogance, the deception, or the allure of change. This society seeks for the sake of change. Instead, let us fear God. Hold on to His proven ways and avoid those who challenge His wisdom. Remember my brother, my sister. There is great strength to be found in God.

It's time to pray.
