God chooses to display His power through us. We're the altar upon which the fire descends and the sacrifice upon which the fire falls. We are the ones who will demonstrate God's glory and power in this generation. We cry out to God, “Send the fire. Send the fire.”
Like Elijah, we've done everything within our knowledge and ability, but the one thing we can't do is send the fire to God's hands. We can build the altar, prepare the wood, lay the sacrifice, and even gather the people, but without His presence, it's all in vain.
Today, let's humbly and eagerly ask God for His divine fire to ignite our lives and purposes and the mission He has assigned us. It's time to bring Jesus’ name to glory and seek spiritual awakening.
It's time to pray.
