Let Us Cross Over

Luke 8:22 – Now, it happened on a certain day that He got into a boat with His disciples. And He said to them, “Let us cross over to the other side of the lake.”
Jesus is inviting us to join Him on a journey that will require us to have faith in His word. If we don’t have faith, every time we face storms and trials, we will be easily moved to fear.
He is sending us on a mission—to set captives free, to come against the powers of darkness, and to speak with authority to prison doors so that they may be opened. But it is faith that moves mountains. It is faith that places spiritual authority in our mouths and in our hearts.
There must be an expectation that God will stretch out His hand through our lives, even in the midst of our own storms and trials. We will face them, but we will get through—if we learn that…
