Let's Follow Paul's Example

Philippians 3:12-15 – The apostle Paul acknowledges that he hasn’t yet reached the place where God is calling him to its fullest, but he continues to press on toward the purpose for which he has been called.

Paul understands that God has a specific plan for his life, and his role is to cooperate with it. He doesn’t need to analyze it or figure out how it will happen—he simply needs to accept it and allow God to work through him.

Paul admits that he hasn’t fully achieved what God has in store for him, but he focuses on one thing: forgetting the past and moving toward the incredible goal of God’s high calling. He leaves behind past victories and embraces a calling greater than his own understanding.

Today, let’s follow Paul’s example. Let’s let go of even past victories and start to cooperate with God’s plan for our future.
