It's Not Just About Us

I want to remind you today that you and I are not called to live for ourselves.
Those who preach a gospel that says the cross of Jesus Christ is solely about self are presenting a different Christ and a different gospel. This is not the true gospel of Jesus Christ.
Our purpose is to live our lives for the benefit of others. It’s not just about us. While it is true that God blesses us, helps us, delivers us, and sets us free, there is a divine purpose behind it all.
We are not called to isolate ourselves while the world continues on its path without God. Instead, God has specifically placed us where He wants us to be.
Let’s start living selflessly, seeking opportunities to bless and serve others, and becoming a reflection of God’s love and grace in this desperately needy world.
It’s now time to pray.
