Have You Ever Had One of Those Weeks?

For the Lord is the great God, and the great King above all gods. In His hand are the deep places of the earth; the heights of the hills are His also. The sea is His, for He made it, and His hands formed the dry land. (Psalm 95:3-5) 

If you’ve ever had one of those weeks when it seemed like everything that could go wrong did, thank God for the knowledge that He holds all things in the palm of His hands. The day you came to Christ as your Savior, you were planted in the palm of His hands. You are secure in the hand of God. 

There’s no one, there’s nothing—no mountains, no valleys, no broken relationships, no trial—that can take you and me out of the hand of God. Oh yes, you might feel the shake or the warmth of the fire, but by no means will it ever destroy you. 

Oh God, thank You.
