A Man Just Like You And Me

Elijah was a man like you and me who experienced our passions and struggles. He faced moments of despair and, at one point, even asked God to take his life. Elijah aligned himself with the Spirit of God and began to walk in lockstep with Him. 

In bold faith, Elijah prayed for God to stop the rain for the people's sake. He wanted to break the power of deception, which manifested as lawlessness, perversion, and insatiable lust consuming that moment in history. 

In the same way, we can seek God's presence to be poured out for others and pray for His spirit to move in our lives, communities, and world. Let's ask God to break the chains of lawlessness, perversion, and false worship surrounding many people. May His presence bring transformation and restoration to our generation. 

It's time to pray.
