1266: Antonietta Polsinelli is the Technical Placement Manager.

Antonietta Polsinelli is the Technical Placement Manager at Ford Motor Company. She has over 18 years of experience in the automotive industry.  Antonietta started working with Ford while she was a sophomore at the University of Michigan studying Electrical Engineering. After graduating, she worked in several positions at Ford Motor Company, including Powertrain, Diagnostics, Globalizing Service Publications, as a Field Service Engineer in the Metro Detroit area and now leading the Technician Recruitment Initiative. Her passion in the continued success of Ford’s dealerships and Technicians has brought her to her current role. Her team is changing the culture of the Technician trade from a grassroots approach, by building the relationships between the dealers and their local automotive schools.
