Jacques talks the legit comedy explosion in Lowell MA and surrounding area and how he was able to put together a panel for local (awesome hysterical comic friends) to talk with Lowell Sun reporter about how this boom is economically helping local economy and how the voices driving this boom are so diverse (other then Jacques … who is the antithesis of diverse!)
