In 2010, Bryony was in a very dark place, injecting heroin into her foot in a nightclub toilet. Come 2024 and Bryony has turned her life around, running her own business as a handstand and calisthenics coach, promoting a healthy plant-based diet, and living a life free of drugs and alcohol.
