#3 Kyle Thompson: Entrepreneur & Brewery Founder

In today's episode, Kyle Thompson (he/him) describes the startup mindset that helped his brewery stay nimble through uncertainty. He talks with Spencer about confronting risk, being an autodidact, and wondering whether or not "follow your passion" actually is good advice. 

Kyle is an entrepreneur who served as the co-founder and former CFO of Topa Topa Brewing Co. in Ventura, CA. During Kyle’s tenure with Topa Topa, the company grew from zero to $5M annual revenue. A serial problem solver, Kyle is dedicated to self-education, family, and adventure (preferably in the Baja desert). Having founded or co-founded several successful businesses, he is well versed in navigating the startup world from concept to rollout and beyond. In addition to serving as a financial consultant for small businesses looking to expand, he is currently preparing to launch a non-profit committed to addressing root social issues that lead to homelessness.
