Red flags:
- Lack of follow up from the team (recruiter, hiring manager, other team members)
- People not providing straight answers to your questions
- Lack of transparency
- Resistance to you meeting with other team members
- Negative tone of people you interview with
- Sense of over worked employees
- Company doesn't have a large online presence
- Mostly negative online reviews for the organization
- Pressure to accept the job on the spot
- Unable to see offices (if not all remote company)
- All the things are absolutely chaotic
- Get a sense of spammy or too good to be true vibe
- Lack of professionalism
- Rude or abrasive
- Offer comes in super low
- Bad press
- No sense of employees being able to take time away from laptop
