Supporting the Career Development of Underrepresented Students with Dr. Eboni Zamani-Gallaher

This episode, hosted by NCDA President Dr. Lakeisha Mathews, features a conversation with Dr. Eboni Zamani-Gallaher, Associate Dean for Equity, Justice, and Strategic Partnerships at the University of Pittsburgh’s School of Education. They address the critical importance of representation across higher education, including career centers, and the connection of career development and social justice work.
