NCDA President Dr. Lakeisha Mathews hosts Alberto Puertas for a conversation about trends in career development in Latin America. A native of Peru, Alberto is an academic and career counselor, and international advising specialist at Brigham Young University. The conversation includes perspectives on similarities and differences across the globe, the ongoing need for government support, how we can validate career development work, and highlights of the work being done in Costa Rica.
